What it's like
A quiet cove on North Harbour with a netted enclosure off the sand, popular with walkers stopping for a swim and with local families. The water is calm and clear on most days.

Weekday mornings or as a break on the Manly to Spit walk.

Walk in on the Manly Scenic Walkway, or from the streets of Balgowlah Heights. There are toilets and change rooms.
Good to know
There is no lifeguard. Avoid swimming for a few days after heavy rain.
