What it's like
Pearl Beach is a small, leafy village tucked between Broken Bay and Brisbane Water National Park, and its rock pool is concreted into the cliffside at the quiet southern end of the beach. Railings, a walking platform and ladders help you into the water. At 25 m it is good for a few laps, and the setting is very peaceful.
When to go
Sunrise and sunset are the local favourites. Calm days at mid to high tide give the best swim.
Getting there and facilities
Walk to the southern end of Pearl Beach.
